I used Covellite for the Scarab body very intense metallic blue. I used a red and light green Sapphire for the red for the power of Ra sun & blood of Isis . The Green for the fertile Fields and power of life . The Cobra for her power of Magic and regeneration and Power of death. On the other side is the Winged knelling Goddess holding up a golden disk, The Kneeling Goddess is to Show she serves mankind ,The disk to show she is the keeper Knowledge and wisdom , The wings That she is a protector maternal figure .

Oasis Ring

This leafy ring is design # 24 in my Ring a Day series. I combined a desert patterned wood bead with seed bead leaves to create a palm-like effect. The beaded focal measures a bountiful 3.5 cm, or 1.4 inches, across.
